Ben's extreme way to raise money - and it worked!

One of our supporters recently jumped out of an airplane at 15,000 feet, all in the cause of PAW. Ben Johnson from arc4, our main sponsor company in the UK, couldn't find a brave colleague so persuaded his brother to do the jump with him.

The Tandem Sky dive took place at Hibaldstow Airfield, near Brigg, North Lincolnshire and was organised by Target Skysports who have combined jump numbers of over 25,000 and more than 75 years experience, so I am pleased to say were well qualified and experienced!

The Tandem Skydive is simple: after 20 Minutes instruction Ben and his brother went up in a small light aircraft and while strapped to an instructor jumped out. They freefell for a minute from 15,000 feet, reached speeds of around 120 mph and covered 3 miles vertically, then parachuted to safety and celebrated!!!

Ben has raised over £500 from friends, family and colleagues and the money is still coming in - thank you and well done!
